Layout option 1
FLOORING and Carpet Tiles by FLOR
FLOR tiles if available, are a modular carpet tile, produced from renewable and recyclable materials in a huge variety of colors. These tiles are also make a great a great alternative to "RED CARPET" which so often gets thrown away. Our tiles could perhaps be donated along with the "MISS" donations.

Building Elements for Visual reference
The structure will be comprised of multiple large frames, and squares, that will in their arrangement suggest the illusion of an enclosed space without having to construct an entire building.
The overall arrangement of these shapes will result in a pavilion similar to the modern structured examples in my preliminary concept.
The minimalism of this unique space, will not only be a very sleek unexpected "home" for the event. It will also save on construction time, materials use, it will give us a more environmentally sound solution to the challenge of creating an intimate space for our guests.
